We want you to feel good about your purchase. If an item isn’t right for you, you can request a free return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Candles must be unlit, and cushion covers must be unused and unwashed. We cannot accept items that have been used or dry cleaned.
Sale items, printable art, and gift cards cannot be returned.
How to return an item
Email support@iryano.ca within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item you would like to return.
Please wait for our approval before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Return shipping is free. Any original shipping fee paid at checkout is not refundable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email support@iryano.ca as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We’ll review the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please email support@iryano.ca.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, email support@iryano.ca within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item you would like instead. We’ll check availability and let you know how to proceed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, printable art, and gift cards.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
