For both standard and express shipping, we offer a flat rate for your convenience, and we cover the additional cost.

Orders above $99 are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days to both Canada and the US.

Flat rate (Standard)- $9.99 :
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
Express - $21.99 :
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
United State

Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days of receipt, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping Policy
Currently, the only country we ship to outside Canada is the U.S.

FAQs
Can I change my Address after made my Order?
If you realize that the address on your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@iryano.ca. If the label has not been created or the order has not yet been shipped, we will manually update the address and send the order to the new address. Unfortunately, if the item is already with the carrier, we will not be able to make any changes.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order. When your order ships, you will get an email notification containing your tracking information. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returns.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the shipping carriers. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Unfortunately iryano will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
